Today is Day One for me, and it is HARD!!!! I'm hoping tomorrow will be better.

Day one and 3 are usually the hardest. I also find it hard constantly counting the days down so I try to forget which day I am on and just go. I know I will be done on March 2nd and easing out so that is what I am looking forward to...the orange juice lol

So I am on day 26 of a 40 day master cleanse. More than half way through. Just 14 days left

Ok so now this drink is beginning to become gross or perhaps just too predictable and redundant...I don't know but I am over it. I'm not hungry anymore and could possible live out the duration of this cleanse on water alone. BUT I won't give up this far into it. Although I find it pretty hard to drink 6-8 glasses. This is a struggle.

Also, I purchased popsicle makers and just make master cleanse popsicles for something to munch on.

As for the saltwater flush at this point I don't even taste the salt anymore. Just take like water. I drink it with a straw and its ok with me.

Starting Weight: 173

Current Weight: 144

Goal Weight:135

I have 14days remaining so if I can get a pound a day I will be at my goal weight considering the 5pds I may put back on after the cleanse

i just stumbled on your post and am marvelling that you did it so long and - at the time of your last post - you had lost 29 lbs! That's staggering. Let me know how you're getting on now, post-cleanse, if you see this.

i'm on day 9, really not liking the drink, only drank two glasses so far at it's 2.20pm.

I love your popsicle idea. very clever!
