Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi Master Cleanse online world,

I have been wanting to do a long cleanse for a while. In the past 6 months I have completely let my eating and drinking habits get out of control. I have been trying to get back on track with healthy eating but I keep falling back into my old patterns. I know that I am much happier when I am living a healthy lifestyle. Last year I was in a place where I ate a clean diet almost 100% of the time but never felt like I was depriving myself. I want to get back to that old me.

This month I completed a 6 day juice cleanse but I am ready to go for the full master cleanse. I started the MC this morning and feel alright at the moment. I'm a little bit tired from lack of caffeine and my stomach has been making all sorts of churning noises but other than that I am doing well. I'm really looking forward to where this cleanse is going to take my physically and emotionally.

Good luck on your cleansing journey! I'm right behind you aiming for a 10-25 day cleanse starting Friday. Losing 5-10 pounds would be a great bonus to better health.

Uggh I messed up. I'm starting over again tomorrow. I'm trying to stay positive but I feel like this has been one of the darkest period of my life. It's really terrible to feel like food is controlling me. No matter what I do I just keep falling back into this trap. I need to do this. Wish me luck.

Good luck! You can do this!!! It's not easy to change these terrible habits but just take it one day at a time.. I'm on day 3 and Its been a challenge..

Day 1 (again)

Thankfully today was a good day. I am out of town at a conference so I don't have a scale. I have been very busy so food has not distracted me. I have a slight headache but overall I am trying to stay positive. I really want to do this not just for the weight loss but also so I can feel freedom from food. When I am eating crappy food I feel like I am constantly thinking about what I can cram into my face. More than anything I want to change my mindset. I can do this!

Thanks for checking in. Today also went well. I have a lot of determination at the moment which I hope will last. I sometimes have fleeting moments when I am really tempted to eat some food (especially when I was going to lunch with a friend) but I just focus on letting the temptations come without reacting to them.

Beginning of Day 3 - I feel wonderful. I was happy to see 167.2 on the scale this morning! Before the cleanse I was having a lot of trouble sleeping at night but I have been getting more sleep than I normally do. I woke up refreshed and ready to go.
