Ok I didn't post my post from yesterday... Wrote it but don't know what happened. Anyways I broke my cleanse at 13 days and now am on day two of the ease out. Feeling good and lovin my OJ! Really looking forward to my veg broth! The whole experience was great! Don't get me wrong had some tough days early on!! Will definitely be back again. I'm glad to be off the diet soda and lost more weight then I expected to. I used this cleanse to detox and lose the last bit of weight I needed to so this was a great way to end a journey I started 11months ago. I also kicked my last bad habit. Pre cleanse I was already eating healthy and mostly clean. So here are my stats:

I'm hoping to stabilize between 132-134... Yay I'm at my goal and my "skinny" (for me) clothes fit. This is my ideal healthy weight and I feel fabulous! Now I will continue my walking, intermittent fasting, and healthy food to maintain. Maintenance is the key to this lifestyle change.. And can be the hardest part. My plan is to throw in a cleanse a couple times a year. So I'll be back! Good luck everyone and Happy Cleansing!
