So I'm starting the cleanse over again. I had a few set backs especially with birthday celebrations and the holiday weekend. However! I am determined to get back on it. When I started the cleanse not too long ago my starting weight was 210 and I dropped to 203.8 by the morning of day 3.

This morning I was 211, and I plan on doing the cleanse for 10 days! Wish me luck!

Good luck! The first days can be difficult but I'm just finishing day 6 and it's going well. Hope you have a smooth and satisfying experience!
