Second Day and doing ok

This is my fourth time doing the cleanse I started yesterday. I was wondering how often seasoned cleansers do the cleanse. Some say to do it every quarter for 10 days. Any thoughts?

This is my sixth or seventh master cleanse. I'm on day 6 (almost day 7). The last time I did a cleanse was over four years ago. Back then I had chronic sickness and I was motivated to do it 2 times a year. I heard that it's recommended to do it at least once a year and I agree. Hang in there! Each time you're hungry, drink lem juice to get you back on track! You can do it!! "Mind over matter"
