Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I'm writing this because I sincerely want the best for my fellow cleansers, because I think all of you deserve the best!

I keep reading posts of folks being afraid or dreading to drink the salt water in the morning and drinking the laxative tea at night. This is THE most important part of this cleanse. I know someone personally who did the cleanse three times and she kept saying that she was not getting any better and it didn't make any sense to me and then finally she admitted that she didn't do the salt water because she was scared. I highly encouraged her to follow the steps properly and now she is MUCH better after doing the cleanse properly. Now she is all about the salt water.

By not doing the salt water and laxative tea, you're not getting rid of the poisons. The lemons juice mix is a half of a whole of the lem diet. The saltwater and laxative tea is the other half of the whole. As the book describes, the lem juice is the broom sweeping the toxins and the saltwater/tea is the dustpan.

You can hurt yourself internally if you don't follow the complete process. Get rid of those poisons and live healthy and look great externally AND internally.

Another thing I learned and I don't think it's in the book is to take probiotics after you're done with the cleanse.

I know it's hard, I'm on Day 7 and it IS hard, but it's very worth it. Keep going!

I agree with you! There's no reason to be afraid of the salt water flush. I pretty much pretend it is soup broth ... I choose not to react as if it is the worst thing ever because it isn't! And it helps!

I'm on day 4 and havent skipped the tea, nor the SWF, but I don't experience the effects of the SWF as I read most people do... I use pink Himalayan salt. Should I be using something else? And I do the 2tsp in a quart. I don't understand why it's not affecting me at all.

Yes, use sea salt, ( I use Real Salt brand). If you change salts and continue to absorb the flush then you need to increase the concentration of salt. I use 3 tsp... I used to absorb the swf when using 2 tsp sometimes, so I read that you need to increase the concentration to what works for you. For me 3 tsp produces a complete flush... 3-5 large liquid bowel movements starting in 15-30 minutes and ending within 2 hours. By the end I am running clear. I also do not do this in the morning. It is important to be well hydrated before doing the swf. I make sure I am peeing clear, then I drink my senna tea, usually in the afternoon, wait an hour, then do the flush. It works like clockwork for me. Keep experimenting with the concentration, you will find what works for you.
