Day 21

Today was a cake walk and I'm excited about how things turned out as far as he weight lost but I'm actually kinda sad that I ended so soon because initially I wanted to do 30 days instead of 21 but when I come back from vacation I'm going to do my 30 days and I' so ready to clean deep!!!!!!

For those of you that are still on your fast please do not give up, just take one day at a time and you will feel better each day, I started off so sick and I pressed on everyday until I started to feel better on some days.

I am ready to really take charge of my life and health, it is important to out yourself above everything because in the end you will be the loser, so do it now or pay consequences of an unhealthy body mind and soul!!!!!!!!!

FIRST DAY OF BREAKING FAST


Good day my fellow MC people,


I tell you, Orange juice never tasted so good!!!!! I strained out the pulps and juice 3 organic oranges and mixed it half and half with water and enjoyed it all day and I also took a probiotic as recommended and have drank 100 oz. of water today and more orange juice.

Do you remember Violet Beauregard from Willie Wonka and the chocolate factory, well she was the one that chew the gum and was explaining what meals she was having....lol.....Well thats how it felt when I drank that oranges juice..." Hot tomato soup ..mmmm... I can feel it running down my throat"....

I appreciated just the orange juice but what I appreciate more was that I followed thru....
