I haven't been on this forum for almost four years! How time flies. I just realized I am feeling crappy and I've gained weight over the past few years so I'm ready to cleanse and detox my body and start a new eating/exercise plan. My goal is to be healthy again!!!! I am so wanting to feel good about myself the way I used to feel, instead of tired, bloated, no energy, skin breakouts, grouchiness.........you name it, all the things that come with eating crappy food and becoming a couch potato
No more. I remembered this cleanse. hunted down my old username and password, logged on and I'm ready to go!
Not sure how long I'll be cleansing. I guess until my body says I'm good. I just want to get all the toxins and nastiness out of my system. Not sure what I plan on doing afterwards, but I'm pretty sure it will be mostly vegetarian/vegan. I'm getting to the point where meat just makes me feel blaahhhhh. About the only thing I can handle is a little beef and fish, like tuna, salmon, and mackerel. Anyway, I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. Right now I just want to detox and get rid of the lethargy, rashes, and inflammation.
Bring on the lemonade!
