Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi! This is my fourth master cleanse and my prior cleanses have lasted between 7-12 days with amazing results. I am hoping to go for at least 15 days… hoping for more… but we will see. Here are my stats and I will update everyday:

Height: 5'7

SW: 163.4
Day 1: 162

My eventual goal weight is 128 lbs. That will take awhile but I hope to shave off at least 15 lbs with this cleanse (again, hoping for more). I am also not doing the salt water flush, as I just can't stomach it.

I hope there are other master cleansers on the board to help motivate and compare results with me!

I'm 5'7 and ... currently 126, I started at 149 ....

Thanks! Did you do it just from MC? That is around my normal weight which I have not been for a year and a half. Are you on the MC right now?

I just finished Day 2 and am feeling good. No headaches or anything and a bit too energetic in the evenings. I can't wait to fall asleep because I get to check the scale in the morning.

Happy birthday! And congrats! I hope to achieve similar results, even if it takes all summer and with two separate cleanses. Hopefully I can just keep as focused as possible though for this one. I am trying to look at 5 lb increments as my goals instead of the entire amount of weight. How many days are you planning to do in total? Or are you just playing it by ear?

Yesterday was good but all evening I fantasized about food. It was pretty hard… I was also hoping for a lower number on the scale this morning as I was super active yesterday. Still a good number overall for three days… Just have to keep chugging that lemonade.

Well I have hit my first 5 lb. goal. Hopefully the next 5 are easy. I'm finding the evenings difficult as I get really bored. I keep looking at pictures of food! On previous cleanses I always had my smaller clothes set out and would try them on in the evenings and see how close I was to fitting them as motivation. But because I gained 30 lbs in the past year and a half, it will be awhile before I can do that. Anyways, onwards and upwards (or downwards).

Not much of a loss this morning. I wasn't feeling that great yesterday and was very low energy. Drank lots of lemonade and laid in bed.
