Day One:

I have tried the cleanse a few times over the past couple years and found great success with it. Going big this time (40 days). I started out at 208 pounds a month ago and cut out processed food, soda, etc. to get down to 192.4 pounds. Now that I am off the soda habit I think the Master Cleanse will be easier. Wish me luck on this journey ... am going to need it!

Starting Weight (morning): 192.4 pounds
Goal Weight: 155 pounds
