Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Do they really say how hard? Bc right now I am having a serious freak out/melt down. ha ha - nervous laughs because seriously wow - THIS IS HARD !!!

Day 1 and it's 2:25PM.

Everyone's having lunch, and I'm drinking away at my lemonade. Headache is raging on, and I don't even think I'm necessarily hungry, but more like I am having an emotional melt down over not eating yet.

Am I going to make it?

hi, it's 2 days later since you made your post. Did you make it? . In the first 3 days of the cleanse, you can take ibuprofen and you'd be fine. I say it's a better alternative then giving up because those headaches are awful.

Also, when head hurts a lot, drink more water. And then some more.

And don't forget to take the morning salt water drinks - that's just as important as drinking the lem juice. This diet is totally worth it. I also encourage you take organic maple syrup, as the book describes. I took agave and now finding out that agave is very processed, even when it says it's organic.
