Preparing to start my first Master Cleanse. I've read up and watched peoples' video blogs about the experience. I know I need something to help myself break out of bad habits and try to regain my health. I've been caught in a cycle of craving crappy foods and binging on beer. It's so unhealthy. I've gained some weight, but the biggest thing is the way I feel- fatigued and sluggish, always hungry, lots of digestive bloating and just uncomfortable. I'm less productive and less happy. So this cleanse seems like it would really help me reset my habits and cravings, and help my body be ready for getting healthy and active again. If I can do it. I've never gone without eating solid food. Plus I don't like sweets, when I crave it's salty things and protein. So I am worried this will be hard for me. But I have a lot of detoxifying to do. So I really want to try. I'm glad to have found this forum. This cleanse isn't something that I feel like I can ask my friends for support with. They will tell me it's crazy and try to talk me out of it. So Here's to hoping for some support, and I know that being able to read all your stories will help!
Today I'm trying to have only liquids and raw produce. Using up what's mine in the fridge. Juice, almond milk, fresh apple, and a raw salad for my dinner meal. Tomorrow I hope to start the lemonade cleanse, and do the 10 days if I can.
