Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

This is the first time I will be doing a fast longer than a few days. I’m planning on doing this Cleanse for 20 days or more. I’ve done this before but only lasted for 7 days but that was back 2010. So its been a long time already.

I decided to do this cleanse out of several cleanses because I’m getting married January 2017 and I want to adopt to a more healthier lifestyle. I have also been smoking for the past 8 yrs and I really wanted to stop. I’m also addicted to caffeine, sweets and junk foods.

I’m hoping after this cleanse I will lose a few pounds and hopefully I can maintain the weight, feel refreshed and my body will feel better..

Im starting my Master Cleanse Day 1 today

Current Weight: 54.8 kgs

I took my laxative tea last night around 9pm then had Salt Water Flush (I'm using the Celtic Sea Salt Fine Ground from Whole foods) early this morning. I was in the bathroom a lot. I'm currently on my 3rd glass of My Lemonade and I'm feeling a little light headed with little headaches.

It’s the mind that’s more difficult to still. For this, I'm trying to condition myself that all my cravings were just all in my mind; and having a cleaner, lighter body is worth the sacrifice....
