I am having problems with the SWF. I don't mind it at all, I even look forward to it, as I have always craved salt, but it is like poison to me, normally. I have been on low salt eating, my entire life, and when I do get into it, my hands, ankles and face swell drastically. I am on Day 8 of the Cleanse, and am by the book. I do everything EXACTLY as it says in the original book by Stanley B... but when I do my SWF, within a few hours of the last elimination (usually two, tho only one this morning) my knuckles are tightening, and I have definite bags under my eyes. The last few days, even though I did lose 6lbs in the first 6 days, my weight has fluctuated by as much as 4lbs, always climbing after the flush. I have been using the moist, grey Sel de Guérande, marketed by Le Paludier de Guérande, in France. It is hand harvested from seaside salt marshes. Any ideas to help me out? I am planning to stay on for 30 days, then will re-access whether to go longer. My first Cleanse was a 40 day, and I was very pleased with how I felt. |
