Day 1
Back at it...!
I did my first MC just over a year ago and had a very good experience. Since that time, I've moved, had a lot of personal and career changes and a whole lot of physical and emotional stress. Lots of adventure and change has been great, but I'm also back in the states and went through a brutal winter that has led me to pack on a few unwanted lbs. So here I am to re-set and feel better.
Things that are different this time around:
- I will be working (last cleanse I was working remotely from home) a fairly normal schedule.
- my schedule in general is a lot more demanding and changes pretty frequently
- I have roommates and lots of different foods around the house
- I go out to eat/drink more frequently on the whole...(hence weight gain
)
- I have the smooth move tea! Yeah USA!
- One more year of life experience, travels, and personal growth. I've done a lot of deep digging.
- I know that I can do it, because I've done it before.\
Just did my SWF...remember how gross these are haha. But wish me luck and off we go!!
