Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I've been combining a bag of ginger turmeric tea with the smooth move tea the last three nights. It also has licorice, orange, and pepper, no caffeine, but the only one I ever see recommended is mint. Does it matter?

Exactly Abbey! I was starting to think this site was just for the girls and not very male friendly.
I'm on day 17, down 24 lbs from this phase and 38 lbs overall. I started with 10 day cleanse December 27th, went away for a bit then commenced with another February 2nd, and will carry this through to February 24th to start transition off before my mother comes to visit. It's funny, but I really need reclusiveness and privacy while doing this. It's hard to keep explaining when out in public why I can't join in to eat or embibe with my friends. I really love and miss that experience and connection, but it's just not the same while doing the MC. It's just easier to disappear for however long the cleanse and transition is. This will be a 22 day cleanse with 2 day transition to food. I have my mother coming to visit and a trip planned right after, but upon my return I'm going back on the MC. I'll be in the low 230's, but goal and right weight for me is about 185-195. Another MC for 30 days might get me there! The premise is exciting, and I have such great energy even now, I can't imagine what that might feel like.

Thanks AbbeyLee! I'm going to start transitioning at 20 days this time which is tomorrow. I have some stuff coming next week that will make it impossible to continue, so I'm off until March 13th. Do you or does anybody know how long you should wait before going into MC again? That would be 17 days in between, but not sure that's recommended. What are yours or anybody's thoughts on time in between cleanses?

I think 17 days inbetween is fine. But I'm not at all conservative about cleansing. I say if you feel like your body and soul and spirit can handle it and no one inside you is hitting any alarm buttons ... go for it!

The official MC's all say that it is fine to do 4 times a year on the regular at the change of Season. (though why one would only do 10 days is weird to me ... I feel like doing 10 days is .... more torture than doing 2 twenty day MC's .... )
