Hello everyone I am starting the MC... I always try to start but lately I've been unsuccessful. I hope someone joins me I love the support. I want to do 10 days..... Wish me luck.... Overall my goal is 160-170

Well I feel good it's 5o'clock. I am on cup 4 of the MC.... I don't do the SWF but I do do tea. Today is Grammy awards so I will watch all the skinny people in there cute clothes knowing in a fee weeks that will be me...

Good luck with your MC. Some days it's a struggle, but the results are so rewarding. :lol:
