Hihi just checking in. I love that you have someone to walk with and keep you motivated. 6000 steps is a lot. Well done! You are my inspiration. When it warms up here (eternal wintery Canada) I will also get out and about. Thanks for that reminder that I need to get off my butt. It is true, not eating is easier than exercising. |

I'm so happy you are inspired by my journey! You inspire me to keep going. I know you can do it! I am in love with my new scale! 3 lbs gone! I'm baaack! I have so much energy! I exercise in the halls at work. I do random squats and calf raises! In my head I'm skinny! She's lovin it! I busted out the old thigh master as well. I've been doing 50 reps a night. I didn't get a chance to walk today, we were too busy today.... I've been having decent bowel movements. Still things coming out. I'm also type II Diabetic, and my blood sugars have been in the 118s mainly. So still good as that goes. I still take my Metformin. The Lemonade does not drop my sugar. I feel great. I used to have a horrible daily Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha problem (it was my breakfast), that I surprisingly do not miss. I know I will not go back to my naughty ways. If I venture back, it will be for a less calorie rich drink or something. I'm hoping to switch to just Green Tea or something like that. Well until tomorrow! Happy cleansing! |

Day 14 underway, I have a slight headache, but I'm going to push through. AM BS was 85, and I'm feeling good about that! That's exactly what I want! Low Blood Sugar levels. One of my goals is to cure my diabetes. Having a normal blood sugar for the first time in years makes me want to cry! Motivation that I can do this! I can stay on top of my health! MC is working to cure all diseases. (I know I will always be diabetics, I'm just saying that I want off medications and be able to regulate my BS with better choices). I'm also thinking of buying me some roller skates. I used to love to roller skate when I was younger. Why not, I'm ready! |

Halfway through my MC weightloss goal! It feels so good, and energy is still amazing. Went walking today at lunch. Our visitors are gone from work so now we have more flexibility to walk. I was sort of missing that as well! Thanks Bookw0rm for your continued support. I have been reading the Sugar Busters Diet that I will transition to. Basically no refined sugar. No white bread, corn, potatoes, cornbread, corn meal, most refined sugar loaded deserts and what not. I'm going to miss fries the most, but can eventually have when I reach my real goal of 150 lbs. I'm going to keep chugging along and then transition to a better eating habit. |
