Another day of not feeling so great. I worked last night and slept most of the day. Hope to be feeling better tomorrow.

Thank you Star Mac. I appreciate the support. The only thing I've been doing is walking and that's not everyday. I'm planning to start p90x when I get down under 200lbs. I honestly don't think I could do a exercise program and the cleanse at the same time. My energy during my cleanse hasn't been as high as I'd hoped. But that's probably my fault because I'm not getting enough lemonade in because of the nausea.

You're doing great Star Mac. I'm sure you'll have amazing results with exercising and cleansing at the same time. :)

You did the right thing to rest when you felt poorly, DeeDee. You were likely just having one of those emerging toxin days.

And, yes, I would not work on on the MC. It requires protein to back up your muscle work. Walking a little (if you can stand it) is good. All I can manage are stretches, which I love immensely. I couldn't walk more than 2 miles a day in this state. I wouldn't mix a fast with a workout, ever. So you're on the right course, IMHO.

Good on the continued weight loss. Drinking that H2O between lemonades?

Keep us posted. Look to the future now. Plan what kind of diet you will move onto next. Paleo? Vegan? 5-2 system? I personally love Dr Eric Berg ()

This is my advice. It's just advice. I am not a doctor, not a nutritionish, but a peer coach.

The minute you have a day where you feel better (whatever toxic stuff you felt is going out), consider a long ease-out with no more SWF or senna and just have a day of fresh squeezed orange juice drunk slowly and SEVERAL days of home cooked vegetable BROTH. Absolutely no solids or you'll hammer your stomach which is in a state of rest. And right in there somewhere during the veggie broth you can start taking probiotic supplements to bring back good flora to the old tract. I would ease out over a whole week. Then you can start eating the veggies that you use to make the broth. And while you're doing all this, you can plan that next lifestyle/weight reduction diet.

You have done spectacularly well on the cleanse. You probably need some nutrition now. All's I'm saying. You will start burning fat like crazy once you are eating vegetables and packing in the nutrients.
