Hi, everyone.
Today is my first day on the Master cleanse. I am planning on going for two weeks, so the 12th of April will be the last day on the MC. I really want to do 30 days, but I am going out of state for 8 days and won't be able to juice then. I'm bummed about that. But my plan is to start again on the 20th of April and end on the 5th of May.
I am doing this cleanse for several reasons. My health has gone downhill in the past two years dramatically after I hit 40
I am now 42 and I don't want it to just keep getting worse so I am stepping up to the plate, taking ownership of my own health and doing something about it. My goal is to be fit and trim by summer.
Here are the things I hope to accomplish with this cleanse:
1. Gain control of my bad eating habits
2. Jump-start my weight loss
3. Bring down my blood pressure so I don't have to go on meds
4. Improve my skin tone
5. Help my thyroid to heal
6. Lose Inches (!!!!)
7. Set a great, healthy example for my children to follow
I am using this journal to help keep me accountable on this difficult journey. I will be glad for any support that I can get and I will do my part to encourage fellow-cleansers as well.
