hey, so i am doing the MC for the first time in like 3 years! I need to do this for myself for a couple reasons I want to cleanse, KICK the caffeine coffee /diet coke habit, and also is nice to lose 8-10 lbs along the way as well! and for long term I want to enjoy staying off caffeine and soda for good as i love just not relying on anything. I am hoping I can fight through the first few days as I know these are always the hardest. I have always linked caffeine and stuff to work so basically if I work I need to drink coffee or diet coke and that is my energy so excited to finally do this for 10 days and be refreshed and clean!
