Yes, caffeine is going to be a very tough one, but if you are motivated to stick it out for the 10 days, meaning, if you have some sort of prize / clear goal, you can do it!!
Drink plenty of water between lemonades, take gentle walks when you would normally have a cup of java, and you may feel some of that craving ease just a bit.
If you can make it through Day 3 (usually most people's most toxic day), honestly, half the battle has been fought and you can pat yourself on the back!
