Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I don’t think this forum gets used much anymore, but I wanted to go ahead and post just as a tool to help myself stay accountable and on track. It’s been so long since I’ve done a cleanse and I am finally making a commitment to do this for myself. I have so many health issues right now and I am hopeful this will help break the bad habits I’ve acquired over the past 8 years or so. I plan on starting this cleanse on the 18th and going for at least ten full days. I will regroup on the 11th day and make the decision on whether I want to continue on or not.

Anyway this will be my little diary where I keep track of everything. It would be lovely to have some people come along for the ride, but if not, that’s ok too:)

Ok this is Day 0, getting super close to Day 1

I am feeling very excited about this journey. Normally, when I've cleansed (or attempted to cleanse) in the past, I have started with feelings of uncertainty, hesitancy, and just a downright I-really-dont-want-to-do-this attitude but tonight I feel very happy and serene. I am SO ready to get healthy and feel good again. I want to be a great example to my teen and pre-teen. Plus I want to have energy again and not feel all the scary aches and pains

So anyway, I just wanted to post and say I am looking forward to Day 1. I am going to try to post daily and also keep track of how I feel. I plan on taking my measurements once in the beginning, and then again at the end of the cleanse. I will also weigh daily and post it to my journal here.

I am so excited let's do this!!!!!!!

Day One: So far, so good I am still excited about starting. I am so ready to get rid of some of these health issues and start down the path to vitality and wellness! And I’m very excited and eager to set a good example for my kids and help feed healthy foods for them so that they can learn what true health means.

Day Two Update:

Day Two: 186.2

Yesterday was super busy and I just did not have opportunity to log in and update, so I'm doing it today. I did weigh myself yesterday morning and was almost 3 lbs down BUT I was away from home and so busy that I did not drink nearly as much as I should have. Ashamed to say it, but I only had one lemonade:(
I had to take someone out to do their shopping and this turned into a 4 hour trip because I had to go to four different stores. I had no energy and the heat was so bad that I felt like I might pass out a few times. I made the mistake of not being prepared:( so I ended up buying two vitamin waters. They had electrolytes and vitamins and were sweetened with stevia so I felt like it was the best choice I could make under the circumstances. So technically, I didn't really follow the cleanse, but I'm hopeful that my body still cleansed anyway. I don't know. Regardless, I am continuing on.

Day Three:

Well, my bad choice of not enough lemonade yesterday is showing in my lack of any weight loss today:(

Oh well, I will do better today. I have to be away from home again for at least 4 hours but I am preparing this time

So far, no really bad detox symptoms and hoping it stays that way lol

I hope to have more time to post this evening.
