Hello Master Cleansers,
It's great to join the forum again and read everyone's journey- it's been a couple of yrs I don't cleanse and I'm gunked up & fed up with my poor diet choices. I was at 160 for awhile and now I'm up to like 176 or more which is right around my all time high! At almost 5'4" and small boned it's too much. Tho I have to be mentally ready to make this happen. Last time I wanted to make it to a 45 day cleanse and I fell short-I don't want to aim that high as I don't want to fail- but a 21 day cleanse sounds exciting!!!
tho I'd be happy at 10 days they say it takes 28 days to create a new habit that would be my ideal cleanse. I welcome all Your feedback. GOOD LUCK TO ALL ON YOUR JOURNEY

They are amazing at cheering each other on. If you are posting your journal there they will be reading yours and giving you daily encouragement
-Maybe pick a goal you want to work towards, be it health or otherwise.
-Or pick a reward for yourself "If I lose __ inches/lbs I will do ___ or get myself __".

-Take it one day at a time. I found it easier not to think about how many more days to go. I was just thinking "I just need to get through today" lol and that helped a lot more.
-Don't tell negative or skeptical people that you're fasting. Keep it to yourself. It's easier. The negative comments and doubts can really break your determination
-Take before pics. It's a real butt kicker when you feel like caving or having trouble starting lol
