So yeah, 3rd 40 day cleanse. Day 40 today.
I've never done so much in a month I should be taking it easy - yesterday I brought an item on ebay and underestimated the journey to pick it up - 14 miles (one way) on a single speed bicycle - and I went in rush hour. Too much.
But apart from that, the item is excellent and I've achieved so much during this cleanse.
It's all been quite a breeze, followed everything to the letter, apart form after 20 days of the SFW my body absorbs it like soup - so did more herbal laxative with less regular SWF.
I also had an enema half way through which boosted my energy remarkably.
Was considering going for longer to see if I could get to 60, but last the bicycle ride really burned me out so maybe oranges tomorrow, will see how I feel.
