Allright,
Going to give this a whirl. I don't "hate" the taste of my first batch although the checkout lady at the supermarket probably thought I was a little strange when purchasing the ingredients this morning before work.
I'm trying this fast mainly to kick off a Spring diet. I work in an office and sit all day. Try to workout regularly and am successful 50% of the time. I would like to lose 40 by Fall. I like the idea of the "cleanse" as I'm sure I'm toxic as a land fill, but again, mainly interested in a jump-start to a Spring weight loss. I'll try to post regularly and comment on how its goin'.
