I start tommorrow and am hoping to journal my experience for support and encouragement. The first time around was very hard. I was hungry the whole time. I had unrelenting headaches the first 4 days. I had 2 good days out of the 10. I did not get the results I wanted. I had been so inspired by posts of tons of energy, weight loss, no hunger, skin looking fantastic, etc. I am hoping this time around is it will be more positive. That is why I am doing it again. I am determined to get better results. I am really looking for energy. I am so tired all the time. Also weight loss. I lost 10lbs in 10 days the first time around, it did not stay off very long, but I returned to my old eating habits within a week or so. This time around I am wanting to change eating habits. I had planned to start last week. I started with an ease in of fresh fruits and vegetables. I was so successful on my ease in I continued until yesterday, where I completely slipped up. Pizza, nachos and coffee in one day. So tommorrow I will just jump in. I seem to do better not eating than moderation. It will be a challenge to come off and eat healthy. I never seem to last. Food has always been an issue for me. I had read it is possible to curb cravings permanently on the Master Cleanse. That would be fabulous. My goal is to go for longer than 10 days this time around and hopefully see more results.
