Hello all,
I'm on Day 3 of the cleanse, and today was a grouchy day. This is the second time I have done the cleanse. The first time I did it for ten days, and I plan on doing it for 10 days this time.
I lost 20 pounds the first time, and managed to only gain back about 5 pounds and started training for a marathon. Unfortunately I got bronchitis and broke my toe last month, causing my running schedule to end. I slipped a little and probably gained another 5 pounds, and my skin was looking worn, so I decided to do the cleanse again. Doing the cleanse the first time was, hands down, the hardest thing I have ever done. This time is a little easier, but it's still hard. Unfortunately I work in a restaurant and my sister picked this week to try and be a gourmet chef so I am surrounded by yummy food all day, and I just love to eat. Luckily she's making meat dishes and I'm a vegetarian so it's not as tempting. I just keep telling myself it's only 7 more days of my life. I feel great, but I can't wait for the 20th
