Good morning / afternoon folks!
I read back a bit and realized: WOW what a messed up state of mind that was a year and a half ago... I know what was going on vs. what I wrote. Ah how time flies! Also, AMAZING what a year and a half does to someone.. Holy crow, I'm almost exhausted from the sheer amount of personal learning / growth thats been going on. Good times.
However, during this year and a half I let eeeeverything go, now it's time for my body to catch up with how the mind and heart feel.
Lil' life update:
1) Moved in with roomies... 2 awesome guys, but they're.... big boys. I mention this because since we've moved in, there's a household grocery pot that -we all put $ towards. Meat and pertaters kind of guys... So I decided to go with just w/e they buy... That would contribute to the unhealthy feeling and pound gainage - eeeeaaasilly.
2) As of this last July I signed up for the gym near work (found out they had a pool) and started marathon training. Yoga, swimming, the whole 9... 5x a week It was going great and I loved the HECK out of it!!!! Sure I knew I let everything slide for a year until I got my head out of ass
about a few things and set my head straight, but I wanted to get my BODY to catch up to MIND and HEART
Unfortunately I suffered a double
ankle sprain in Sept and since then I STILL have a swollen ankle, and sure as heck can't wear heels more than 2 feet. The marathon training is on hold. So, I've started swimming again to get some strength built up in it. Definitely contemplating physio.
3) I figure by getting back on a cleanse for the next 10 days would help to get back into the rhythm for a longer one.
Yes, I am going to 'cleanse stack' this. Roomate xmas potluck is happening on the 15th so I'll take a small break for that. Then, I intend to continue with a longer cleanse
