I am a first timer as far as cleanses go. I am on my 5 th of 10 days and it seems like everyday is getting harder. I am so motivated but so hungry. I made dinner tonight for my husband and kids, just like every night and it was so hard... Don't mean to complain even if no one sees this. It feels good to vent. :P

Thats how you'll be soon....I know its hard especially when you smell the food.
But have more water and have your lemonade at hand, find a skinny picture of how you were, think of whatever gotta you into the mastercleanser but don't give in...your almost there and you are going to feel so great that you were able to beat your mind and the cravings and get head start to a healthier you.

You can do it! :D

Thanks Moschi! I feel like today could be better and if I make it throughout the next two days I know I will make it. I have enough this weekend to keep me incredibly busy. I have been reading other people's posts and they have gone through some pretty noticeable changes, ie: rashes, red skin, eyes whiter. Are those results typical? I haven't had any major changes, and I almost feel more tired. I know the mc works different for everyone, just curious.

I am on day 8 !!! Two more to go, it's been rough yesterday I felt really bad but I think today I am feeling a lot better.

Lol!! On my first cleanse, when cooking I would taste the food to make sure it didn't need anything, and then spit it out. I'm a foodie, so I would watch the Food Network and fantasize about the meals. lol, just be strong. Drink more of the lemonade, or more water until you are too full to think about food. You can do it!
