Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi RandomRaff!

Someone told me that we can be dehydrated in the morning so it is good to drink a glass of water before doing the flush. I did that this morning and it worked. I do it every day because I feel it works well with the tea from the night before.

I have been struggling with the cleanse a little, but I notice I am not hungry, just being triggered by things that I would normally have. Like if I'm doing certain things I would also eat something in particular. I went to a concert on Friday night and it was very easy not to drink alcohol, and usually I just love my wine! I am looking forward to having a better perspective on drinking as well once this cleanse is over.

I haven't weighed myself because when my weight went up over three pounds from the SWF it freaked me out. So, I'm waiting until tomorrow.

How are things going for you? What day are you on?
