About me!
I'm 19 5'2 and weight 225 lbs. I'm hoping this will help me move towards a healthier me, seeing ironically my job as a nurse assistant tends to promote the opposite. But we're pulling out the fancy scale for this one!

My start...
225 lbs
42.5% fat
39% water

I'm using this scale so I can actually see what's fat and what's water leaving me. Not sure how scientific these scales are...but hey! It's the thought that counts. Also, on the days I work i'm going to test my blood sugar to make sure it's in a decent range.

First SWF really wasn't that bad. Thirty minutes then not long in the bathroom. But then again I like salty foods and literally drank all of it in 2 minutes (Blame the college beer chugger champion in me >.<). The lemonade isn't that bad, a tad on the spicy side, but I like spicy.

I know i'm going to need mad encouragement so anything helps! Tips, advice, whatever I can take.

And with that note i'm off for now

<3 Jezak

Congratz on starting your MC Jezak, you won't regret it! The MC makes such a huge difference that you will be completely amazed.

A tip I like to give people just starting out is to take the cayenne in shots rather that putting it in the LA. I usually use a Nyquil cup with some LA and as much cayenne as I can handle. Shoot it down and chase with the LA. Makes it easier to handle and the LA much more enjoyable in my opinion. :) Hope that helps and happy cleansing!

Jezak - the MC can be so beneficial! Great job on the SWF - that can be a tough obstacle for some people starting. Wishing you the best of luck on this journey!
