So i been psyching myself up for 4 days and I am ready to do this. I am doing this because I drink a lot and I know it's time to stop eating and drinking junk. It's hard cause I live alone and I am afraid I am going to slip. But everyone is telling me I am going to cheat which makes me want to do it even more to prove them wrong. I have gotten kinda depressed and lazy recently after breaking up with my boyfriend, but I think this is what I need to get that bust of confidence I need. I am just need to support from someone to tell me that I can do it. Ya know?

Mine was ok. I did SWF but it didn't work. I think I'll try more salt tomorrow. What I really can't handle is the smooth move tea. I hate anything fennel-flavored and it's driving me nuts. Hope you are not having a hard time!
