Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

So an Update on my Day 2!
Its been really great! Untill.... my friend had an EXTREAMLY DELICIOUS SHRIMP SALAD with some tomato, avocado, and just ::DROOLL:: but of course I DIDNT GIVE UP! i stared at that salad and i was like "NO MINDY.. YOU CAN NOT GIVE UP NOW..."
and while she was savoring that salad... i took her napkin and started writing down all the reasons why I CANT QUIT NOW!

1. I GOT THIS FAR. DAY 1 WAS TOURTURE! I WILL NOT GO THROUGH WITH THAT AGAIN.
2. I AM ALMOST DONE WITH DAY 2!
3. I CAN ALWAYS EAT AFTER I FINISH THIS CLEANSE!!!
4. MY BODY WILL LOVE ME MORE IF I DONT GIVE UP AND EAT!
5. I WILL LOVE MY BODY MORE AFTER THIS CLEASE
6. LOSE MORE WEIGHT!
7. MUST GET RID OF TOXINS!
8. I WANT TO FIT IN TO THAT SKINNY JEANS THAT I WORE ONCE BEFORE I GAINED ALL THIS WEIGHT!!!
9. MUST STAY ON THIS CLEANSE!!!

This is the first time I am doing the cleanse and I'm hoping to lose some weight... I'm 5'2" and weight about 138 pounds, i want to get to at least 130 in these 10 days... The SW was completely disgusting in the morning!! I hope i start getting used to it... Mindy I also want to wear my skinny jeans and look like i did before! i am at work now and still feeling ok... I have the lemonade next to me and I'm drinking it every time i feel a little hungry, hope this day goes well =D.. Good luck to all of u!

Congrats on getting by the temptation Mindy!! It is always easier for me to stick with it the further along I go because I don't want to have to lose any of my progress and start over again. I am feeling so happy about how this cleanse is going - it is getting easier every day and my weight loss keeps going, which is amazing. I am down 12.4 as of this morning and on day 9!

Getting a lot of sleep seems to help the weight loss for some reason so I am making extra time to sleep. I am sure it helps your body flush things out and repair itself.

I hope day 3 is a success as well!

I have a mild headache now hopin git will go away soon, not hungry though, just bothered... I'm not quitting anyway! just hope it goes away soon.

Sol - be sure to drink lots of water - that should help your headache! Also take time to rest when you can. Are you in school or do you work?

I work 9-5 every day, I am about to get out of work now and I am definately taking a nap once i get home, I'll make sure to drink water as well as I have been drinking only lemonade all day. Thanks a lot for the advice!!! =)
