Well, today was my first day on the cleanse. It isn't too bad, a little bit of craving when I passed the Taco Bell on the way home... Starting weight 180 I will update you tomorrow. Thanks again |

So I am at the beginning of day 2, and a trip to the scale tells me I am 176 lbs, not a bad first day. I have been feeling a little hungry, but not as much as I have been plain craving food. I do like the taste of the lemonade, although I am taking the cayenne in pill form. I guess thats all for today. Thanks again Starting weight 180 Current weight 176 |
