Haha I'm sorry to hear about the monday morning tummy aches, it can be tough to eat/drink according to the transition schedule... I ended up gobbling up veggies on day 2, couldn't help it - tum tum did hurt mind you!
Ahhh yes, full after 2 bites of anything or a glass or two of fluids.. It's great isn't it? Gets the bowels movin again to take in solid foods
Did you ever run into an issue with the soup where you'd end up with more veggies than 'soup broth?'.. I ended up with that issue and had to make a huge broth batch but maybe I'm silly.
LOL to your blanket coat. Same here - now that your body is spending 25% of its energy digesting foods you're producing heat! WOOHOO
Congratulations on not gaining anything back! I ended up being too greedy on the veggie soup and seriously, the food would just sit there for DAYS and I felt terrible on the inside, a bit of tea helped clear that up and I went back to broth and juice.
Woohoo to cravings being gone! Just be sure to not try them 'for fun' too much or else your body might crave bad foods hehe.
Hmm.. I couldn't say anything too much about the probiotics except that i did take them whe nI came off of 28 days to be extra safe... The day after I ended my cleanse I was an idiot, had soup and veggies and all the like, the food didn't move ANYWHERE... so the next day I started fresh again by sticking to juice and broth and kept taking probiotic..
After 28days it only took 4 or 5 days before my body would start to 'move things along' at a regular rate. I'm not sure if thats normal or aided by probiotics but I personally felt like my body could digest better??
