Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I completed an eighteen day cleanse last march and I am ready to go for number three. I'll be beginning tomorrow (and having only fruit juice today) and I hope to go 21 days. I do have a wedding to go to on the 15th, so I may end up deciding to go for less time. We'll see. After my last cleanse, I kept the weight off for only about a month by maintaining a mostly-vegan diet and I hope to really incorporate that sort of lifestyle long-term after this cleanse. I'll be picking up my supplies this afternoon.

today is day 1 for me too. There is another nov 1 thread, but it;s very quiet. I would love to have someone to help keep me motivated. This will be my second cleanse and aiming for 14 days. On my first lemonade.

Nearing the end of day two. All is well so far. I got a bit of a head ache today but I have not been drinking enough water. I'm having a really hard time with that (as I have in the past). I try and drink two, 32 oz bottles while at work but I didn't even make it through one today. I'll try harder tomorrow.

Lizbar, thanks for the company! When I first joined this forum about 2 years ago, it seemed to be much more active. This doesn't seem to be the case any more which is unfortunate. How's it going for you?

Just starting day 2 and feel good. Of course it's only 8:30 am, we'll see later in the day. Didn't do swf today just tea. Have too much running around when I have to take my daughter to preschool. So swf is ever other day.
I went down 2 lbs. Yeah!!

Hello Ladies,
I'd like to track my progress with you. I started "officially" yesterday 11/3...after several failed "1/2 day attempts" since last Friday.

I am going to do the fast for about 8/9 days. I would like to drop about 15lbs. Hopefully I can get at least 10 off within this 8 day period, then I will do a modified south beach eating lifestyle when I'm done - which is what I typically follow. I have been struggling with 10 to 15lbs for the last year or so. I am in a size 14 pant, and about 10 top. I'd like to get to a size 10 comfortably on the bottom. Wishful thinking, but we'll see.

First day on cleanse: Yesterday 11/3: I had major cravings. So I satisfied them by chewing a few bites of food and spitting it out. didn't swallow and that was good enough for me. started with a headache last night, continued this morning and I am veeery tired.

I had the tea last night ,salt water this morning, and plan on getting through this day with about 6 to 8 lemonades.

overall I feel like crap. Feels like I may be coming down with a head cold, or maybe these are just detox symptoms?? I'm veeeery tired and irritable. Not really hungry, but really tempted when I see food.

Welcome aboard! You will reach your goal. You deserve it! I am on my first day of several attempts. The most recent lasted 7 days. i had alot of 1/2 day's as well. Today is day 2 for me. Just came back from working out and I am pretty hungry, but my tea will have to do for now.
