Hello Ladies,
I'd like to track my progress with you. I started "officially" yesterday 11/3...after several failed "1/2 day attempts" since last Friday.
I am going to do the fast for about 8/9 days. I would like to drop about 15lbs. Hopefully I can get at least 10 off within this 8 day period, then I will do a modified south beach eating lifestyle when I'm done - which is what I typically follow. I have been struggling with 10 to 15lbs for the last year or so. I am in a size 14 pant, and about 10 top. I'd like to get to a size 10 comfortably on the bottom. Wishful thinking, but we'll see.
First day on cleanse: Yesterday 11/3: I had major cravings. So I satisfied them by chewing a few bites of food and spitting it out. didn't swallow and that was good enough for me. started with a headache last night, continued this morning and I am veeery tired.
I had the tea last night ,salt water this morning, and plan on getting through this day with about 6 to 8 lemonades.
overall I feel like crap. Feels like I may be coming down with a head cold, or maybe these are just detox symptoms?? I'm veeeery tired and irritable. Not really hungry, but really tempted when I see food.
