Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Today is my 1st day using the MasterCleanse..I am ready to start a new chapter of eating whole, "real" foods and I am beginning with this cleanse to start. I plan on doing it for 14 days, hopefully longer. I will be using these days to listen to my body as it will tell me what it needs. I do have a question, though:
this am do I drink the lemonade to start, OR drink the SWF first? I DIDNOT drink the smooth move tea last night.

The idea is to break down waste during the day (the lemonade)

then get the waste ready to expel (the lax tea last thing at night)


then flush the waste out (SWF in the morning)

When you go to the toilet after the wash you expel the waste from the day and night before, then you start again with the drink...

So the quick answer is you start every day with the SWF then once you've gone to the toilet (about an hour after) you can start with the lemonade.
