Hi guys
Well, last night I stupidly skipped the orange juice day and went straight to making a vegetable soup. And then I had some wheat pita to dip into it. Then this morning I had lemonade for breakfast and then got really hungry halfway through the day and make a batch of baked falafel and had 2 balls of that with pita bread.
Today I have a bit of a rumbling in my stomach but I feel ok. Last night after the soup and bread I was in a bit of pain! I felt so dump not coming off the cleanse correctly! But, the food was sooooooooo good!!!!
It feels so nice to be cooking again!
I weighed this morning after eating last night, and my weight is EXACTLY the same again! However, my body fat has again gone down!! So, the results of my cleanse are around an 8 pound loss, and my body fat went down from 42% to 28% and I've lost an inch in my waist.
I plan on weighing myself every morning for the next several weeks, and keeping my food intake to under 800 calories with lemonade at breakfast. I also will continue going to the steamroom, which feels AMAZING you guys!!!!
I will keep you posted, and hopefully by Nov 17 I will have lost several more pounds and will be able to fit into this costume! Also, I'm considering doing short little cleanses along the way.. I know this wont have cleansing benefits, but I'm sure it can't hurt keeping the weight off or encouraging more to drop!
And, my tongue is pink again!!
