Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Let me start out by introducing myself I am a 38 year old Dominican male living in New York. I am an Artist/Photographer and a Licensed Massage Therapist.
I look and feel much younger and this I attribute to eating, exercising and reflecting in balance with nature. I am fortunate to have found "The Macrobiotic Way" by Michio Kushi seventeen years ago on my way back from mountain biking in Hawaii for five weeks. This book gave me the power/discipline to take control of life through food, exercise and daily reflections.
Sure enough time went on and I broke my way of health and started to eat unhealthy and last year I payed the price. I had kidney stones. I had to rush to the emergency room in excruciating pain. They passed and I decided it was a necessity to go back to eating healthy.
A few weeks ago my friend Atila loan me "The Master Cleanser" by Stanley Burroughs. And i read it on the subway ride on my way home. It made a lot of sense to me so here i am drinking my "smooth move" laxative tea the night before i embark my journey.[/quote][/code][/b]
