Thanks Laney, I am surprised that I lasted that long and also that I lost as much weight. Not tempted to return to my former lifestyle because I know how difficult it was to drop the weight. I will continue posting my post cleanse all the way to the end of my 40 days so I can control myself.
Over the weekend i had steamed cabbage and some grilled chicken and beef. I know they say not to introduce meat too early but I waited 3 days and it may have been the lack of amino acids that my body is reacting to. I also invested in a good multivitamin which I will be taking daily. Apparently multivitamins increase your appetite and make you gain weight but I think it's more important to be healthy than skinny especially after my experience.
Day 15
Today I am having Cabbage soup and fresh fruits all day. The soup is quite filling and nutritious and I am getting much needed fruits on the diet. Had some pineapple this morning and this is the first piece of fruit have eaten all year (and we're in March), no wonder I was overweight
My weight is up by 0.6kg which I should have lost by the end of the week. I haven't had a BM since day 8 or 9 so I'm sure when i become regular........
I have conjunctivitis and rashes still. It's either an allergy or an infection so I will be on bed rest till it clears. Its not a good look walking round the office with a red eye and red rashes and I am feeling quite weak. Here are my starting results on day 15. Sxx
