Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I should state that I am doing this for spirtual reasons and to feel better overall. I am 38 year male, 5' 6" 152 lbs and am physically active.

The tea last night wasn't so bad. It gave me a little cramping for maybe 3 minutes but no big deal. Went to bed at 2:30 am and woke up at 6:30 am
(that's normal for me)I layed in bed and and did my Hara (abdominal massage ... going clock wise). Nice way to begin the day. Then I wentfor an hour walk in the park and did Do-in (Yoga).

Came home and did the Salt water flush. It wasn't that bad. I just never drink a quart of anything in one sitting. therefore I felt bloated. I did get a little dizzy and layed down for 20 minutes. i drank water and felt better. An hour later i started to evacuate liquid for the next 2 hours on and off. You really can't do this and step out of the house for a few hours.

Then I drank the lemonade medium hot. And it was really ... good.
I went out ran some errands and even went to my Bikram Yoga class.
I made sure I brought lemonade with me, cause I get really hungry after an hour and a half of yoga workout.
I only drank four- 10 oz glasse through the day.
I even sat down with a friend at a restaraunt while he ate japanese food.
And feel fine.

well am drinking smooth tea again before going to bed ...
