Just felt like writing some "raw" info in case anyone was looking into that for after the cleanse.
I've been about 90% raw since going off the cleanse. The other 10% eating the evil foods like candy, pizza, popcorn, ice cream...
Anyhow, wanted to post that I have maintained the weight loss over two weeks now. I will probably do another cleanse in May now that I know I can maintain...I'd still like to get 10-15 more lbs off
Every raw recipe I've made I've LOVED! I never knew what raw was until the cleanse and now I am sooooo greatful!! Today I made almond milk for the first time and was Shocked at how much I loved it. Something strange was that it says to discard the paste (in the book I have)...WHY in the world would you do that?!? Its basically everything you eat...almonds and dates. I put it in a container to eat with a spoon..it is a delicious sweet treat
Also like to say I think I will be buying out the stock of almonds in the store...Boy do I eat ALOT of almonds
I just ordered my Dehydrator...I was trying to wait until I could actually afford one but just couldn't resist any longer. I can't wait to make Raw Pizza!!!
