I'm excited to try this! My goal is 135lbs by next sunday 4/25. I did the salt water flush today on 20-oz water & 2-tsp salt and made it thr 50% of it. I gagged 3 times. Gross but will try again tmrw.

I'm looking for support! Especially cuz I have a dinner @ friends tmrw and I dont know what I'm going to do yet. Maybe one appetizer? We'll see.

Nonono, don't eat any appetizers! Did you? You can do this by hanging tough. Don't expect tooo much weight loss, but you may be surprised by it. I lost 27 in 10 days the first time I did it, but when I did it the next two times it was only a couple of pounds. I just think my body was happy and healthy where it was at the time.

Exercise, meditate, drink lots of water, and stay away from tempting situations, that's my advice.
