Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi all ~

I'm looking for some posting buddies to join me! I'm on day 9 today. I would like to have someone to share experiences with and help keep one another motivated and accountable. My cleanse is going extremely smooth, I am happy and feeling wonderful!

I am 27yrs old, 5'4", started at 163.0lbs and have 11lbs lost since starting, putting me down at 152.0lbs this morning.

Hey April, you should tag onto one of the other posts!! Congrats on nine days so far. I'm on day 4, I'm 27 too and close to your height/ weight. The first time I mastercleansed, I was at 155.. and over the years with healthy eating and exercise and a few more mastercleanses, I've kept steady at 135 (for about 8 months now). I figure now is the time to get my body under control before I really get too old! It's not gonna get any easier, ha.

I have about 2 weeks to loose weight from 125pounds to 108 - I realise it sounds drastic but my career is actually on the line!! Do you think it's actually possible achieve this in only 2 weeks on the lemonade diet??? Please help by resonding soon, many thanks

Hi there...
I plan on starting tomorrow and you are all motivating me so darn much! I am kinda scared because I have such bad habits with food, have a major sugar and coffee addiction and have never stuck to anything without cheating.
I really want to do this though...I've got all the ingredients and read to go tomorrow.

I really want to wear shorts this summer!!

Anyway, I plan on writing a journal with everything that I go through so look for it....

btw, I'm about the same height and weight as you guys....

I just lost 17 pounds in 15 days (today is the last day!) so yes, it is possible. But most of the time I wouldn't lose quite that much in 15 days. This was a really good cleanse for me but after 15 I've really had enough.
