I want to share the basic science and why I believe the MC works!
The body is a marvelous machine and has a system for handling everything it needs to including an American eating lifestlye (also called an acidic diet) that is albeit tasty, very acidic aka toxic. So to handle the toxins the body moves to store them into fat cells to keep them safely away from the vital organs and keep us alive!
Lemons are very alkaline and the MC puts us on an alkaline diet which has the effect of releasing the acids/toxins.
Now when the body is given the chance to cleanse it rushes to release all the toxins it can as fast as it can and with the release of the toxins comes the release of the fat from the cells because they it is no longer needed to protect us.
If after the MC we continue with an akaline diet aka a diet of mostly green veggies, lemons & limes in our water, fresh salads, avocado, wheat grass, parsley etc... we will keep the weight off!!!
