This means that now, you are 350 lbs. That sounds so much better than 2 lbs. away from 400, which is where you said you started out. And when you lose even ONE more pound, you'll then be CLOSER to 300 than 400 which is awesome.
Congrats to your wife on her 21 lb. loss. That's fantastic in 24 days. If you've come this far, you can do this by yourself because I am sure that you will have your wife's support since she knows what you're trying to accomplish. I know that celebrations are hard to be around sometimes when everybody's eating. I have one of those coming up myself. But when they notice your weight loss, it will be worth more than any food in the world. Just stay focused - and if you can take a laptop with you, DO IT so that when you get weak, you can get on this board for encouragement.
