Thank you both for the support. I have completed this cleanse before only doing a 10 day cleanse. I didnt go off the right way and a month later gained the 26lbs back I lost.... I wasnt strong enough. I had told friends and family I was doing it and it was almost like constant sabotage all of a sudden everyone wanted me to go with them to eat or they would bring food over and eat it in front of me.

Its hard to come on this site and see how many people dont stick with it. I think when someone fails it dappens all our spirits and when someone succeeds it lifts all of us up. Im going to succeed this time. Im only weighing once a week. So I dont focus on the weight and let it control my spirit. My friend was on this cleanse for 40 days and she lost 73lbs and has managed to keep it off by doing the lemonade every morning and maintaining eating the way the book teaches. Im 26 a single mom of a baby who just started walking!!!!

Most people I know are on this hgcg diet. They are only allowed to eat 500 calories and take these drops that make your body think your pregnant. Does anyone know much else about that diet? I love this cleanse because it CLEANSES you! It is nothing but good for us.

Im 26 5'9'' and as of this morning 559.5lbs. I carry it well and no one thinks im overweight but their crazy. I would love to get to 180. We shall see. =)

Day 1 completed. Good night everyone

July 17th Week 1 Day 1 259.5

Hang in there. And if you need anything. I will be around. You got a friend here. I know what you mean it is hard with kids. I have two girls and it is summer and they want ice cream and candy, It is my baby's 2nd birthday today. My fiance is supportive but also says oh another crazy diet. It is not even like I have tried alot of diets. lol but he is 6'5 and naturally thin. He can eat whatever he wants and never gains any weight. lol

But you can do it......

Anna

Starting Day 4 _____
Its starting to go by faster. I dont have time to take the swf. So Im gonna drink my Peppermint Tea.
I wanted to weigh myself so badly when I woke up but I promised myself only once a week. LASt time I got so caught up in weighing everyday and letting that control my moods if it was a lot I was happy if it wasnt I was thinking in the back of my mind if it was worth it. So Sat Morn....I am waiting for you to get here!!! I sitll cant believe my friend lost over 70lbs doing this but she stayed on for 38 days. She said to expect 5-8 lbs of water weight to come back. Does anyone have any suggestions for when my family comes and visits me for 5 days? I dont really want to tell anyone because I know they will try and talk me out of it.

See you guys tonight!!!! DAY 44444444444444444!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Say you're not feeling well and that the lemonade is a way to give your body time to get better. I told my friends I have a stomach bug and that I'm trying to not eat anything so my stomach gets better faster.
