Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi All,

Looking for buddies who will be on the MC for the month of Jan 2010. What a great way to start off the new year/ decade. I did the MC last last and m experience was amazing; i lost 1 1/2 stones and feel great inside. Also, my candida problems became minimal to disappearing all together. Last time, i was on the MC, i did it to prove i could and to show off my work colleagues who laughed about the whole idea of the MC.

This time around, l am doing this for me pure and simple and looking forward to the rewards of weight loss, general well being and clarity of mind.

Beginning Weight = 150.6 lbs .
Bust = 88.7cm
Waist = 75.3cm
Lower Stomach = 83.3cm
Hip= 103.1cm

Come on people, let's do this and support each other through it

I truly would like to go at least 21 days. I have done 10 days in the past. I am bracing myself for the long haul but I will need support. I started on Dec. 29 which was Tuesday. I can't promise anything longer than 21 days.

Today is my day 9 but I plan on going for as long as I can. I plan to do at least 20 days, and my ultimate goal is 40 days which would take me through February 4. It seems so far away!!

How are things going today? Day 3 for me was still a little rough and slight headaches and an odd ache in my thighs ( you know) like you get when you have lactic acid build up from running. I have not done any exercise yet.

So far, apart of the ache in my thighs, the days going well. Could not help myself, weighted myself this morning and i am down another 2.4 lbs .

Anyway, a little tip for you today:

- Always roll your lemons on your work top with your palm to soften the lemon and release more juices from the lemons easily when you squeeze and use less. I use 4 sized medium lemons ( ie small to medium) to get my 1 cup of fresh lemon juice for the day.

@everyone - i had a SERIOUS crave for a 16oz soy vanilla latte yesterday! it was such a killer. i just told myself the $4 wasn't worth it. i usually get lattes at least 2-3 times a week.

other things i craved during days 1-3 include pasta, bread, cheese and beef (which i never even eat!). so i deduced that these are the foods that are still strongholds for me and will work to cut them out almost completely post MC.

in other news, I WORKED OUT ON DAY 3!!! i did a 1hr spinning class and a 1hr kickboxing class. i put in about 90% into spinning and 60% in kickboxing. i was so tired by the time i got home, and i had really bad headache. i just drank the rest of my juice had tea and slept fine.

@mimichi - i know that feeling in your legs! i've had that before... try taking a bath with epsom salt. it helped me in the past.
